Ticket Information

Purchase Tickets Safely. To ensure your tickets are valid, please purchase only through one of our authorized sales channels:

We cannot verify or guarantee tickets purchased from third-party sellers or resale websites, and we are unable to provide customer service for tickets purchased outside our authorized channels.

Please avoid purchasing tickets from resale or unauthorized websites, including:

Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers may cost significantly more and cannot be guaranteed.

Day-of-Show Ticket Sales

Online ticket sales close at 6:00 PM on the day of the show.

After 6:00 PM, tickets (if available) may only be purchased in person at the Uptown Theatre Box Office. Since many performances sell out, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Ticket Fees

A $5.00 restoration/facility fee is added to every ticket.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are also subject to Ticketmaster service and processing fees.

There are no additional handling or service fees for tickets purchased directly at the Uptown Theatre Box Office.

Ticket Policies

  • All sales are final. Once tickets have been printed, there are no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades.
  • Lost or stolen tickets may only be reprinted if they were originally purchased through Ticketmaster.
  • On-sale dates vary by event, though most tickets go on sale at 12:00 PM.
  • Join our email list to receive advance notice of new shows and presales.

Seating & Accessibility

  • Reserved seating is provided unless otherwise noted on the event page.
  • View our Virtual Seating Tour before purchasing tickets.
  • Wheelchair/ADA accessible seating is available. If you have accessibility questions or require accommodations, please contact the Box Office at (707) 259-0123 ext. 6 before purchasing your tickets whenever possible.

Age Policy

Unless otherwise noted:

  • All guests must be 12 years of age or older.
  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must present a valid government-issued photo ID and be 21 years of age or older.

Lost and found items may be claimed during regular Box Office hours.

As the hosting venue, Uptown Theatre presents performances by touring artists but is not responsible for the content or quality of any performance.

We encourage guests to research artists and shows before purchasing tickets. Performances may vary from tour to tour, venue to venue, or year to year. Refunds or credits are not available if a performance does not meet personal expectations.
